The sheriff identifies its jail as the Hardin County Correctional Facility. Its website does not publish separate booking-record email, counter hours, fee schedule, or photo-request form, so those details should be confirmed before a visit or request.

A narrow written request is the most useful route for a historical booking document or an associated photograph. Identify the individual, approximate booking date, arresting agency, and booking or case number if known. Ask for the booking sheet or intake record and associated photograph, preferred electronic format, a fee estimate before copying, and the legal basis for any withholding. Do not request an undefined export of all images. Tennessee’s Public Records Act FAQ explains that requests should identify existing records rather than require an agency to create a database.
